This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to freeze or cancel your Flex debit card using our web app:
- Once logged in, hover over the Flex logo located top left of your screen and select “Banking” from the menu. Then, select the "Debit Cards" option at the top of the screen.
- From here you’ll be able to select the Debit Card you’d like to freeze or cancel. A window will pop up on the right-hand side of your screen.
- To freeze a debit card: Click on the button that says “freeze” directly under the debit card.
- To cancel a debit card: Click on the button that says “more” and a drop-down column will appear. Click “Cancel Card”. A pop-up window will prompt you to confirm. This cannot be undone. Click Cancel Card.
