Effortlessly manage your finances by scheduling payments for future dates with Flex Banking. Just follow these simple steps to ensure your payments are made on time, every time.
- Login to Your Account: Start by logging into your Flex Account. You can do this by visiting clicking here.
- Navigate to Payments: Once logged in, find the 'Payments' option in the left-hand navigation bar and click on it.
- Initiate a New Payment: Click on 'Send a Payment' to begin the process of setting up a new scheduled payment.
- Select or Add a Recipient: Choose from your list of existing recipients or add a new one if needed.
- Decide on Payment Method: Select your preferred method of payment – either Domestic ACH or Domestic Wire.
- Designate Recipient’s Account: Choose the bank account of the recipient where you wish to send the payment, then click 'Continue'.
- Enter Payment Amount: Specify the amount you wish to send.
- Change the Payment Date: By default your payment date will be set to todays date. Pick a new date to schedule a payment in the future.
- Add an External Memo: Include a memo for the counterparty, which will appear in their transaction details.
- Internal Notes and Attachments: For your records, you can add internal notes or attach a document. Click 'Continue' once done.
- Confirm and Send: Finally, review all the payment details for accuracy. If everything looks correct, click on 'Send Payment' to schedule your payment.
- Two Factor Authorization: You may be required to verify your wire by entering the authorization code that was sent to your phone via SMS.
Manage Scheduled Payments
Efficiently oversee your scheduled payments with these simple steps:
- Access Scheduled Payments: Start by going to the 'Scheduled' section located within the Payments portal.
- View Your Scheduled Payments: Here, you'll find a comprehensive list of all payments you've scheduled.
- Cancellation Option: If you need to cancel a payment, you can do so as long as it's before the scheduled date. Simply click on the payment you wish to cancel and select the cancellation option.
