What to do if a Team Member did not receive an Invite
Log in to your Flex account: Access your Flex account using this link.
Navigate to the "Team" Section: Locate and select the "Team" option from the menu on the left side of the screen.
Choose the User to Re-Invite: In the list of team members, find the user you wish to re-invite. Click on the three dots next to their information.
Re-Send the Invite: From the drop-down menu, choose the "Re-send Invite" option.
Confirm the Action: Confirm that you want to re-invite the user. This action will reset their password and send them a new invite email with temporary credentials.
Check the User's Email: The user should check their email for the new invite and use the provided credentials to set up their Flex account.
