Permission Levels: Admin - Full and Admin - Limited
- Log In to Your Flex Account: Access your Flex account by following this link.
- Navigate to Credit: Locate and select "Credit" from the left-hand menu.
- Credit Repayment: Click on the "Credit Repayment" tab located at the top of the screen.
- Click Pay Now: Below your account balance, click the “Pay Now” button.
- Select Payment Amount: Choose to pay the minimum due, the full account balance, or enter a custom payment amount.
- Choose Payment Method: Select the account you wish to use for the payment. For more information, refer to our article on Credit Repayment Processing Timelines.
- Review and Confirm: Review the details and click “Confirm Payment” to complete the process.
