To cancel or freeze your card using your Web App please do the following:
- Once you are logged in, hover over the Flex Logo at the top of your screen and select the "Credit" Option. Once there, in the tabs at the top of the screen select "Credit Cards".
- Select the credit card you would like to freeze or cancel. Once it is selected you will be able to see a menu with the card information. There the "Freeze" option will be listed below the card and if you want to cancel it, click on the "More" option, then select "Cancel Card".
To cancel or freeze your card using your Mobile App please do the following:
- Once you are logged in, select the credit card icon on our home screen.
- Once there, select the card you want to freeze from the list.
- You will see the screen with the card details and below the card icon, the "Freeze card" option. You just need to click on it.
