- Log in to Your Flex Account: Access your Flex account by following this link.
- Navigate to Credit: Select the "Credit" option from the menu on the left side of your screen.
- Search for the Transaction: Click on the transaction to which you need to attach a receipt or memo.
- Upload Receipt/Add Memo: A window will pop up on the right side of your screen. Here, you can view additional transaction details, upload a receipt, and add a memo.
- Save Changes: Once you've added your receipt and memo, click the “Save” button below the memo box to ensure all your updates are stored.
Mobile App
- Log in to your Flex account: Utilize your credentials to log in to your Flex Mobile app.
- Search for the transaction: Click the transaction to which you need to attach a receipt or memo.
- Upload Receipt: Tap on the “Upload receipt” icon at the top of the screen, then choose whether to use your camera or upload from your photo gallery.
- Add Memo: At the bottom of the screen you will have the option to add a memo if you would like.
- Return to Home Screen: Once you have added a receipt and memo click the back arrow to return to your home screen.
