Reach out to the merchant involved. Please reach out to the merchant involved as this is generally the fastest way to dispute a charge.
In case you don't receive a proper resolution from the merchant, you can also dispute it using our Web Portal:
- Once you are logged into your account, select the "Credit" option at the left side of the screen, in our menu and check the Overview.
- Then select the transaction you want to dispute in the transactions list. In the menu at the right side of your screen, scroll down until you find the "Dispute transaction" option in red letters like this.
- You will be directed to send an email with more details. You must send us an email with the relevant transaction details and your reason(s) for disputing it in order to dispute a transaction.
