- Log in to Your Flex Account: Access your Flex account by clicking this link.
- Navigate to Credit: From the left-hand menu, select the "Credit" option.
- Transaction Overview: Stay on the Overview page and scroll down to view the list of transactions on your account.
- Select the Transaction: Click on the transaction you wish to dispute. A menu will appear on the right side of the screen.
- Dispute transaction: Click on the “Dispute Transaction” button located at the bottom.
- Provide Dispute Details:
- Date of the transaction
- Transaction amount
- Disputed amount
- Merchant name
- Reason for your dispute
- Include any relevant evidence to support your dispute.
