If a card is lost or stolen, the first step you should take is to cancel the card. The option to cancel the card is only available in our web portal at the moment. You can click here to see the step-by-step process.
To issue a new card to serve as a replacement, press the '+' button on the top right of the page and follow the steps for issuing a new card. Keep in mind you can choose a physical or a virtual card.
