Please note that all physical credit cards take 5-7 days to arrive by mail. The card needs to be activated by the cardholder.
These are the steps for you to activate your Flex credit card using Web App:
- Select the Flex logo at the top of your screen and click on the "Credit" option. Once there, please select the "Credit Card" tab at the top of the screen.
- You will be able to see your name listed next to the "Pending Activation" advice. Please click on it. (This action can only be performed by the credit card holder).
- Lastly, click on the "Activate" blue button below the credit card information and fill out the information required.
These are the steps for you to activate your Flex credit card using Mobile App:
- Once you are logged in to your Flexbase account, please select the card image.
- Next, a list of your cards will be shown on the screen. Select the Physical card that does not have the credit card number on it.
- The mobile app will take you to a screen where the information about the card is available. Please click on the "Activate card" green button that is below the card image.
- Now you need to fill out the last four digits of the card you want to activate.
