What is MFA?
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security process that requires users to verify their identity using more than just a password before gaining access to a system, application, or account. It adds an extra layer of protection by confirming that the person logging in is truly who they say they are — helping to keep your account secure even if your password is ever compromised.
We employ this security measure to safeguard your personal and financial data to the fullest extent possible. That's why, whenever you log in to your Flex account, in addition to entering your credentials, we will send a 6-digit verification code to either the email address or phone number associated with your user account.
How it Works
Adding or Updating Your Verification Method:
- You cannot edit verification methods directly.
- To update your email or phone number:
- Add the new email or phone number
- Remove the old one
Important: When you add a new verification method, it becomes your new login credential, not just for MFA.
Using Multiple Verification Methods
- You can have multiple email addresses or phone numbers on your account.
- You can use any active method to log in.
- To stop using a verification method, remove it from your account.
