Note: All team members can view receipts or memos. However, bookkeepers do not have the ability to upload any receipts or memos.
Website
- Log in to Your Flex Account: Access your Flex account by following this link.
- Navigate to Credit: Locate and select "Credit" from the left-hand menu.
- Transaction Overview: Stay on the Overview page and scroll down to view the list of transactions on your account.
- Filter to Card Purchase: Select Filters > Type > Card Purchase > Apply filters.
- Search for the Transaction: Find and select the transaction where you want to view or upload a receipt or memo for.

View or Upload Receipts and Memos: A window will pop up on the right side of your screen. Here, you can:
- Upload Receipt: Click the upload icon or drag and drop file, then select the file you want to upload.
- Expand Receipt: Click the expand button to see a larger view or download the receipt.

Add Memo: Type your memo in the provided box.
- Save Memo: Click the “Save” button below the memo box to store your memo.
Mobile App
- Log in to your Flex account:
- Navigate to Home: Navigate to the “Home” panel at the bottom of the screen.
- Navigate to Credit: Locate and tap the “Credit Card” tab located at the top of the screen.
- Access Transactions: Tap “See All” next to the “Recent Transactions” section.
- Select a Transaction: Choose the transaction you want to view or upload a receipt or memo for.
- Upload Receipt: Tap the “Upload receipt” icon and select whether to use your camera or upload from your photo gallery.

Add Memo: Tap “+ Add Memo” located under the “Actions” section and type your memo in the provided box.
- Save Memo: Tap “+ Save Memo” to store your memo.
