Activating Your Debit Card

Permission Levels: Admin - Full and Admin - Limited

1. Log In Your Flex Account: Access your Flex account by following this link.
2. Navigate to Cards: Locate and select “Cards” from the left-hand menu.
3. Select Your Card: Choose the debit card you wish to activate by clicking on it, then click the "Activate" button.

Provide the Required Information:

• Verification Code: Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your mobile phone for security purposes.
• CVV and Expiration Date: Input the Card Verification Value (CVV) and expiration date of your debit card, then click "Activate card".
• Set Your PIN: Choose a secure Personal Identification Number (PIN) for the debit card and click "Save PIN".

Mobile App

Permission Levels: Admin - Full and Admin - Limited

1. Log in to Your Flex Mobile App:
   1. To Download the Flex Mobile App:
      1. Access the iOS App Store here.
      2. Access the Google Play Store here.
2. Navigate to Cards: Tap on the “Cards” tab in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Select Your Card: Click on the “My Cards” tab and select the debit card you want to activate, then click the "Activate" button.

Provide the Required Information:

• Verification Code: Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your mobile phone for security purposes.
• CVV and Expiration Date: Input the Card Verification Value (CVV) and expiration date of your debit card, then click "Activate card".
