Note: Only Admin - Full users have the ability to cancel any debit card associated with the account. Admin - Limited users can only cancel their own debit cards.

Permission Levels: Admin - Full and Admin - Limited
- Log in to Your Flex Account: Access your Flex account by following this link.
- Navigate to Cards: Locate and select “Cards” from the left-hand menu.
- Select Your Card: Choose the debit card you wish to cancel. A menu will appear on the right side of the screen.
- Cancel Your Card: Click “More” below the card icon and select “Cancel card.”
- Choose Cancelation Reason: Select the reason why you are canceling the card.

Confirm and reissue:
- If you need a replacement: Select “Yes,” review the shipping address, make edits if needed, and click “Confirm.”
- If you don’t need a replacement: Select “No,” then click “Cancel Card” to complete the process.
Please note that cancelling your card is permanent and cannot be undone.
