You can reset your Flex debit card PIN at any time directly from the Flex website. If you've entered your PIN incorrectly too many times, your ability to reset it will be temporarily locked — but don't worry, this is easy to resolve.
Important: PIN reset is only available on the Flex website, not the mobile app.
How to Reset Your PIN
Permission levels: Admin – Full and Admin – Limited
- Log in to Your Flex Account: Access your Flex account by following this link.
- Navigate to Cards: Locate and select “Cards” from the left-hand menu.
- Select Your Card: Select the debit card whose PIN you want to reset.

Reset PIN:
- Click "More".
- Select "Reset PIN".
- Complete SMS verification.
- Enter Old and New PIN.
- Save PIN: Click “Save PIN” to confirm.
You can also reset your PIN by calling Visa's toll-free support line at 1-833-852-1519.
Locked Out? Too Many Incorrect PIN Attempts
For security, you are allowed up to 3 incorrect PIN attempts. If you exceed this limit, your ability to reset your PIN will be locked for 24 hours.
What to do if you're locked out:
- Wait 24 hours. Your PIN reset access will restore automatically after the lockout period ends.
- Contact Flex Support. If you need access sooner, reach out to our support team. We can submit a request to our banking partner to clear the lockout before the 24-hour window is up.
Please note: If your request is submitted on a weekend, our banking partner's response time may be slower than usual. We'll follow up with you as soon as the reset is processed.
