Disputes will be reflected in your dashboard one business day following submission. After you submit a dispute, a preliminary review starts, and if eligible, a provisional credit is applied to your account within 5-10 business days while the investigation proceeds.
Please note that the full resolution of your dispute could take up to 90 days.
