Managing Credit Card Spend Restrictions

Permission Levels: Admin- Full and Admin-Limited

1. Log in to Your Flex Account: Access your Flex account by clicking this link.
2. Navigate to Cards: Locate and select “Cards” from the left-hand menu
3. Select Your Card: Click on the card you wish to modify.
4. Edit the Card Details: Select the “More” option, and then select “Edit card” from the drop-down menu.
5. Make Changes: Update the card’s information as needed, including the card name, spend restrictions, limit type, and termination date.
6. Save Changes: Click the “Save” button to apply your updates.

Mobile App

Permission Levels: Admin- Full and Admin-Limited

1. Log in to Your Flex Mobile App:
   1. To Download the Flex Mobile App:
      1. Access the iOS App Store here.
      2. Access the Google Play Store here.
2. Navigate to Cards: Tap on the “Cards” tab in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Access Credit Cards: Locate and tap on the “Credit tab” located at the top of the screen.
4. Select Your Card: Choose the card you want to modify.
5. Edit the Card: Tap the pencil icon to begin editing.
6. Make the Changes: Update the card’s information as needed, including the card name, spend restrictions, limit type, and termination date.
7. Save Changes: Tap “Save changes” to apply your updates.
