Note: Admin - Full and Admin - Limited users can freeze or terminate any credit cards on the account. Employees can only freeze their own cards.

Permission Levels: Admin - Full, Admin - Limited, and Employee
- Log in to Your Flex Account: Access your Flex account by clicking this link.
- Navigate to Cards: Locate and select “Cards” from the left-hand menu.
- Select Your Card: Choose the card you want to freeze or cancel from the list.
- Freeze the Card: Click the “Freeze” button below the card icon to prevent temporary usage. To unfreeze, follow the same steps.
- Cancel the Card: To permanently cancel the card, click “More” below the card icon and select “Cancel Card.” Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Mobile App
Permission Levels: Admin - Full, Admin - Limited, and Employee
- Log in to Your Flex Mobile App:
- Navigate to Cards: Tap the "Cards" tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Select Your Card: Choose the card you want to freeze from the list.
- Freeze the Card: Tap the “Freeze” button below the card icon to prevent temporary usage. To unfreeze, follow the same steps.
- Cancel the Card: Currently, card cancellations can only be completed on our website.
