Permission Levels: Admin - Full and Admin - Limited
- Log in to Your Flex Account: Access your Flex account by following this link.
- Navigate to Team: Locate and select “Team” from the left-hand menu.
- View Team Members: Locate the person whose role you wish to change.

Edit Role: Next to their email, find the drop-down menu. Click on it and choose the appropriate role. Select the appropriate role based on the level of access needed:
- Admin - Full: Full account access. Can open bank accounts, manage users, issue and manage cards, make and approve payments, transfer funds, and manage integrations.
- Admin - Limited: Admins with limited access have all the functionality of an Admin - Full, with the exception of issuing debit cards, transferring funds within Flex Banking, and approving fund requests for fund transfers and domestic/international ACH/Wires
- Employee - Can view transactions on credit cards issued to them, can freeze or unfreeze their cards, dispute transactions, upload receipts, and add memos.
- Bookkeeper - Can view all account transactions, download statements, view memos, and download receipts. However, they cannot make any payments, transfers, or transactions.
Mobile App
Permission Levels: Admin - Full and Admin - Limited
- Log in to Your Flex Mobile App:
- Navigate to More: Tap on the “More” tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Access Team Members: Tap “See All” in the “Team Members” section.
- Choose a Team Member: Select the person whose role you wish to change.

Edit Role: Under the “Account Details” section, tap “Edit” and choose the appropriate role
