- Log In to Flex: First, sign in to your Flex account by clicking here.
- Navigate to Team: Use the left-hand nav bar and click the “Team” option.
- Invite a Team Member: Click on the “Invite Team Members” button, located in the top right corner.
- Fill Out the Information: Enter the required information to invite a new member, including their Name, Last Name, and Email.
- Assign a Role: Choose a role for the new member from the available options. Each role grants different permissions within the account.
- Admin Full - Full account access; open bank accounts, invite and manage users, manage debit and Credit cards, make payments on credit card. Can transfer funds, send domestic ACH/wires, and approve requests to transfer funds and send domestic ACH/wires, update all user/role settings, manage integrations.
- Admin Limited - All admin functionality except issuing debit cards and transferring funds within Flex Banking. Limited access Admins can submit requests to send payments from Flex Banking.
- Employee - Can view transactions on credit cards issued to them, can freeze or unfreeze their cards, dispute transactions, upload receipts and add memos.
- Bookkeeper - Can view all account transactions, download statements, view memos, and download receipts. Cannot make any transfers or transactions.
- Create a Virtual Card (Optional): If needed, you can create a virtual card for the new team member. This allows them to start using the card once they accept the invitation.
- Set Card Details: Provide a name for the card and choose the limit type, such as Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, or Unlimited, based on your requirements.
- Select Spend Categories (Optional): You can select categories for the card's usage, such as Fuel and Gas, Equipment, etc. Multiple categories can be selected per card.
- Set Termination Date (Optional): If desired, select a date for the card to automatically stop working.
- Send Invite: Finally, click on the “Send Invite” button to send an email invitation to the new team member.
