Suspending a Team Member

Permission Levels: Admin - Full and Admin - Limited

1. Log in to Your Flex Account: Access your Flex account by following this.
2. Navigate to Team: Locate and select “Team” from the left-hand menu.
3. Choose Team Member: Locate the user you want to suspend from the list.
4. Suspend User: Click the three dots next to their role, then select “Suspend User.”
5. Confirm Suspension: A confirmation prompt will appear. Click “Yes, suspend” to complete the action.

Mobile App

Permission Levels: Admin - Full and Admin - Limited

1. Log in to Your Flex Mobile App:
   1. To Download the Flex Mobile App:
      1. Access the iOS App Store here.
      2. Access the Google Play Store here.
2. Navigate to More: Tap the “More” tab in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Access Team Members: Tap “See All” in the “Team Members” section.
4. Choose Team Member: Tap the user you want to suspend.
5. Suspend User: Under the “Manage” section, tap “Suspend User.”
6. Confirm Suspension: A confirmation prompt will appear. Tap “Yes, suspend” to complete the action.

Note: This action will prevent the user from logging in or using their issued cards.
