Note: Admin - Full and Admin - Limited users can initiate transfers between Flex Checking Accounts. However, only Admin - Full users can approve these transfers so they can be processed. This two-tiered system ensures that all payments are thoroughly reviewed and approved by authorized personnel, adding an extra layer of oversight and financial governance. Permission Levels: Admin - Full and Admin - Limited
- Log in to Your Flex Account: Access your Flex account by following this link.
- Move Money: Click on the "Move Money" dropdown menu. You'll find this in the top right-hand corner of any page.
- Initiate Account Transfer: Select "Transfer Between Accounts" from the dropdown options.
- Specify Transfer Amount: Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
- Select Source and Destination Accounts: Choose the Flex account you want to transfer funds from and the Flex account you want to transfer funds to. Click “Continue.”
- Confirm the Transfer: Review the details carefully and click “Transfer” to finalize the transaction.
Mobile App
Permission Levels: Admin - Full and Admin - Limited
- Log in to your Flex Mobile App:
- Tap the Quick Action Button: Tap the lightning bolt icon (“Quick Action” button) located in the bottom navigation bar.
- Transfer Between Accounts: Select “Transfer Between Accounts.”
- Transfer To: Choose the Flex checking account you will be transferring money to.
- Source and Amount: Tap “Select” to choose the Flex checking account you want to transfer money from.
- Enter Amount: Enter the amount you want to transfer.
- Review Transfer Details: Confirm the transfer information and verify the correct date.
- Add Optional Fields: If needed, add an internal note.
- Submit Transfer: Swipe up to submit the transfer.
