Viewing Banking Transactions

Permission Levels: Admin - Full and Admin - Limited

1. Log In to Your Flex Account: Access your Flex account by following this link.
2. Navigate to Banking: Locate and select "Banking" from the left-hand menu.
3. Access Transactions: Click the “Transactions” tab.
   1. You will be able to view the following transaction details:
      • Date of transaction
      • User associated with the transaction
      • Summary of the transaction
      • Type of Transaction
      • Amount
      • Associated Checking Account
4. View Additional Details: Click on a transaction to see further information, including:
   1. You will be able to view the following transaction details:
      • Date of Transaction
      • User associated with the transaction
      • Memo
      • Type of Transaction
      • Amount
      • Transaction ID
      • Associated Checking Account
      • Dispute Transaction (only for debit card transactions)

Mobile

1. Log in to Your Flex Mobile App:
   1. To Download the Flex Mobile App:
      1. Access the iOS App Store here.
      2. Access the Google Play Store here.
2. Access Banking: Tap on the “Banking” tab at the top of the screen.
3. Navigate to Transactions: Scroll down to the “Recent Transactions”.
   1. Select “See All” to view all the transactions.
