Note: Please keep in mind that checks can only be deposited through the Flex mobile app and after the initial funding to your Flex bank account has been completed.
Permission Levels: “Admin-Full” and “Admin - Limited”
- Log in to Your Flex Mobile App:
- Navigate to Payments: Select the “Payments” tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Deposit a Check: Select the “Start” button to initiate a check deposit process.
- Select the Account: Choose the Flex checking account you want to deposit the check into and click the "Confirm" button.
- Review Account: Confirm that the account displayed is the correct one for this deposit, then click “Next.”
- Check Amount: Enter the check amount and click “Continue”.

Mobile Check Deposit Guide: Follow the Check Deposit Guide instructions. Select “I’m ready” to begin capturing check images.
- Allow Camera Access: Grant “Flex” permission to use your camera if prompted.
- Capture Check Images:
- Take a photo of the front of the check.
- Select “Retake” if needed or “Use” if the photo is clear.
- Repeat the process for the back of the check.

Note: Please sign the back of the check with your signature and include the check endorsement: “Mobile Deposit for Thread Bank.”
- If this statement is not included, the check will be rejected.

Review Deposit Details: Verify the account, date, amount, and the check images.
- Add a description (optional).
- Authorize the Deposit: Select “Authorize Deposit” to complete the submission.
