Permission Levels: Admin - Full and Admin - Limited
- Log in to Your Flex Account: Access your Flex account by following this link.
- Navigate to Banking: Begin by clicking on "Banking" located in the left-hand menu.
- Access Your Account: Click the “Accounts” tab to view all your banking accounts.
- Select the Checking Account: Choose the account where the check was deposited.
- Open the Checks tab: Select the “Checks” tab towards the bottom of the screen.
- View Your Check: Select the check you want to view to see its details.
Mobile App
Permission Levels: Admin - Full and Admin-Limited
- Log in to the Flex Mobile App:
- Navigate to the Banking: Select the “Banking” tab at the top of the screen.
- Select the Checking Account: Choose the account where the check was deposited.

View the Check Deposits Section: After selecting the correct account, you should see a “Check Deposits” section.
- Note: The section is listed between the “Account Details” section and the “Recent Transactions” Section.
- View check deposit details: Tap on the specific check to see more details.
Note: Funds are typically available within 5 business days.
