Viewing Account Details

Note: The Account and Routing information provided is the same for both Domestic Wires and Domestic Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers.

Permission Levels: Admin - Full and Admin - Limited

1. Log In Your Flex Account: Access your Flex account by following this link.
2. Navigate to Banking: Locate and select "Banking" from the left-hand menu.
3. Access Your Account: Click the “Accounts” tab to view all your banking accounts.
4. Locate Your Account: Identify the checking account you wish to view account details for.
5. Download Wire Details: Click "Wire Details" to obtain a PDF with all necessary information for a wire or ACH transfer.

Mobile App

Permission Levels: Admin - Full and Admin - Limited

1. Log in to Your Flex Mobile App:
   1. To Download the Flex Mobile App:
      1. Access the iOS App Store here.
      2. Access the Google Play Store here.
2. Access Banking: Tap on the “Banking” tab at the top of the screen.
3. Locate Your Account: Under the “Accounts” section, tap the arrow to locate the checking account.
4. Select Your Account: Tap the checking account you want to view details for.
5. View Wire Details: Under the “Account Details” section, tap the eye icon to view the account number. The routing number is listed directly below the account number.
